Please write (in brief) about the methodology of the training:

The vocational training was in offline mode at the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited ,Koraput
division. At my period of training I was assigned to a training guide Mr. D. Naik. There the
guide showed the working process and how an engine is built. As a student of Electronics and
Telecommunication department the main focus was on parts like sensors, controllers,
actuators etc.
Write about your involvement during the training:
During the period of my training I have shown a keen interest in the working culture and
efficiency of HAL. I have learnt about different types of controllers, sensors ,processors,
integrated circuits and how it is useful in building a giant engine for various jets like SU-30,
AL-31FP ,RD-33,MIG-21BIS, MIG-27 etc.
Write on the involvement of the industry personnel providing you the training:
During my training period I have assigned to a training guide Mr. D. Naik, Dy. Manager of
maintenance of Electronics The training guide helped us throughout our learning process. He
showed, guided and mentored us. He cleared all our doubts during the period of training.
Outcome of the project:
I have learnt about the construction, working principle of PID controller. I have studied about
it’s graphical approach and significance. I have also understood it’s application on engine
building at HAL.
