2.1. Miêu tả sự thay đổi tổng quan
Các cụm từ chỉ thời gian được sử dụng như sau:
• Over the 20 year period....: Trong khoảng thời gian (20 năm)
• From 1990 to 2000....: Từ năm (1999) đến năm (2000)
