are mostly in the Insurance Market.

About the room for promotion:

- our agents have a possibility to be promoted from the very first standard project to
the more profound ones (with 7 different shifts, better bonus system)
- agents have a possibility to be promoted to a Team Lead position
- TL to a Head of the project on the performance side of things

Responsibilities
Speaking about responsibilities, there are 2 types of calls:
1 - Live Transfer
2 - Phone Appointment
The process of call will be to go through pre-qualification questions with the client and either
transfer the client directly to the licensed advisor or book a phone appointment for the client
and licensed advisor. Your main task will be to connect people, you won’t be selling.
Licensed advisor will be the one to consult on the product shelf and sell life insurance.

Schedule
The work schedule will depend on the project you will be assigned to. This is a full time job
and will require you to work for 8 hours for 5 days a week, we have 7 different shifts starting
from 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm Toronto time. The shift you might start
with varies depending on the project you are assigned to.
There are some projects that will require you to work within the 9am -11pm shifts. We are
looking for full time agents only. No part-time with us. Out of 8 hours company
compensates 30min for the break. Some projects require coverage from Mon till Fri. Some
projects require coverage on weekends as well. Working days may include weekends
depending on the project you are assigned to. Weekend shift may be compulsory
depending on the project assigned to.

Salary
There are 2 ways we transfer salary:
- direct transfer to USD bank account
- through Payoneer
Fixed salary is $500 USD for the full time month which is 22 days, 8 hours each day +
bonuses. Bonuses vary from project to project. The range is from $30 up to $500 depending
on the project. There is possibility to take Overtime on some projects depending on your
performance and you might not get bonuses due to being outcompeted by your colleagues.

I will take another 24 hours to come back to you with the feedback. If you receive a positive
feedback and only in case it goes in line with your feedback as well, I will be able to add you
to our Training chat on Skype where we will have the Training. The exact time and date for
the training will be announced pretty much soon there by the proper manager.
The training is paid for only when you have worked one full month with us. The hours
are calculated and added to your salary.
