Organic Approach:
1. Job Portal: Regularly check popular job portals like Naukri, Indeed,
LinkedIn, and Timesjobs. We can set up job alerts based on our
preferences.
2. Online Research: LinkedIn to search for companies that are actively hiring
in your industry and explore the company's profiles and job postings to
understand their hiring needs. Looking for keywords like Bulk hiring,
Fresher Hiring
4. LinkedIn groups: You can join hiring groups where you can also connect
with hiring company HR’s. Share your approach so that they can connect
with you.
Paid Approach:
2. Appol: We can get the email ID & phone no. of the hiring manager and
contact details for whom we are looking.

Organic Approach:
5. Linkedin: Posting the content in groups and on our page, using hashtags
so that viewers can easily come to our post. While posting content in
different groups we can also get the leads from it while giving the Google
form link.
6. Telegram: We can also circulate this content and Google form link into the
Telegram groups so that we can get leads through it.
Paid Approach:
2. Instagram: We use a reel and all basic details in the reel and caption
we can add a Google form and a basic introduction of the internship.
Then we can run the ads in that we can target a specific audience.
4. Job Portals: We can use the job portal for internships we can get leads
while posting the internship description.
