Organic Approach:

1. Job Portal: Regularly check popular job portals like Naukri, Indeed,
LinkedIn, and Timesjobs. We can set up job alerts based on our
preferences.

2. Online Research: LinkedIn to search for companies that are actively hiring
in your industry and explore the company's profiles and job postings to
understand their hiring needs. Looking for keywords like Bulk hiring,
Fresher Hiring

3. Company Websites: Visiting the career pages of major IT companies to


look for job openings. Some companies may have dedicated pages for
campus hiring or explain their hiring plans. It's a good idea to keep an eye
on such pages to stay updated on the latest job opportunities.

4. LinkedIn groups: You can join hiring groups where you can also connect
with hiring company HR’s. Share your approach so that they can connect
with you.

5. Email Marketing: Use email marketing to reach bulk hiring companies' HR


managers, recruiters, and talent acquisition.

Paid Approach:

1. LinkedIn Premium: Use InMail credits to send direct messages to hiring


managers and recruiters.

2. Appol: We can get the email ID & phone no. of the hiring manager and
contact details for whom we are looking.

3. Salesnavigator: With the help of salesnavigator we can easily connect with


LinkedIn and with that, we can get contact details of the specific employee
to whom we are looking.

Task – 2

Organic Approach:

1. Collaborate with Educational Institutions: Collaborate with colleges and


universities to create internship programs. Engage with placement cells,
career services, and HOD to promote opportunities.

2. Webinars and Virtual Sessions: We can Conduct webinars and virtual


sessions to educate students about the value of internships.

3. Skill Development Initiatives: Offer skill development programs or


workshops to enhance students' employability. Collaborate with industry
experts to conduct training sessions.

4. Career Guidance Sessions: Offer personalized career counseling sessions


to help students identify suitable internship opportunities address
concerns and guide career paths. To help the students make the right
decisions in their careers.

5. Linkedin: Posting the content in groups and on our page, using hashtags
so that viewers can easily come to our post. While posting content in
different groups we can also get the leads from it while giving the Google
form link.

6. Telegram: We can also circulate this content and Google form link into the
Telegram groups so that we can get leads through it.

Paid Approach:

1. Social Media Campaigns: Launch social media campaigns targeting


platforms popular among students. Use engaging content to create
awareness about internship opportunities and application processes.

2. Instagram: We use a reel and all basic details in the reel and caption
we can add a Google form and a basic introduction of the internship.
Then we can run the ads in that we can target a specific audience.

3. LinkedIn: We can write articles or create creative posts for internships


we can run the campaign in a specific target audience

4. Job Portals: We can use the job portal for internships we can get leads
while posting the internship description.
