1 WHAT TO PREPARE FOR YOUR ONBOARDING PROCESS

3 For Bank Supporting Guidelines

Ensure your documents follow these requirements

Bank Statement
In JPEG, PNG, JPG or PDF format

PDF documents must not be password protected

Must contain bank logo, beneficial owner's name,

bank account number

3 months’ bank statement

4 Submitting Your FPX Payment

To confirm your identity against the information

provided, a fee of RM1 is to be paid via FPX transfer

The chosen bank for the payment method must match

the bank documents submitted

Payment through any third party's bank account

will result in automatic rejection

Once your payment is completed,

your digital signature processing will begin!

5 Getting Your Digital Signature

Follow the steps below to generate your digital signature

i. Once your digital signature is ready for activation, a message will be sent to your phone notifying you to
complete your digital signature

You are almost done! Complete your

digital signature by heading back to your
application via “Pick up where I left off”
and click "Activate" under Activation of
Digital Signature.

ii. Click on Verify OTP for your Digital Signature to be sent to your e-mail

iv. Ensure the documents submitted meet the requirements as no changes will be allowed after submission.

The digital signature will be used for HLeBroking Trading Account Form & Bursa CDS Account Form.
Please have your PIN ready.
