She misunderstood what he said.
2. You need to write it again because your sentences don’t make sense.
4. You must heat the oven before you put the cookies in the oven.
5. She is not an honest person because she told a lie about her promotion.
6. Mary is wearing one red sock and one blue sock. They don’t match.
7. My mother couldn’t find her car keys. She must have put them in the wrong
place.
Directions: Study the four suffixes and the examples below. Change each word in column A to
an adjective by adding a suffix and write the new word in column B. You may have to change,
drop, or add letters before adding the suffix to some words.
