This is he first will of mine, Mrs Varsha Rijhwani, w/o Dr Subhash Rijhwani , a hindu, made
on 1st day of january 2024, voluntarily and while in sound state of mind,
I am willing make necessary arrangements in respect of the enjoyment of my properties after
my life time so that unnecessary misunderstanding and consequential wasteful litigation
between the members of my family may be avoided. Therefore, i am executing this last will
and testament of mine of voluntarily without any compulsion or pressure of any person and
with a sound disposing mind and declare as follows:

1. I Have My husband Dr Subhash Rijhwani Daughter Gunjan Rijhwani, And Vinti Rijhwani
Who Will Be Entitled To Succeed To My Properties Under Law In The Normal Course Both
Daughter,s Married And They Are Living With Their Husbands.
2. All The Jewellery And Ornaments, Gold And Silver, Shares, Deposits Etc Will Belong To Both
Daughters Equally.
3. Any Assets, Movable Or Immovable, Which Might Be Omitted From Being Mentioned In This
Will Or Which May Hereafter Be Acquired By Me Shall Be Taken Equally By Both Daughters
,Induding Any Future Income
4. I Here by Appoint As The Executor Under This Will.
