What are we looking for ?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Trainees dynamic HR team. As
a Recruitment Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top
talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Posting the profile requirement on various channels, including job boards, social media, and
professional networks like LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri.com, Indeed, Facebook, etc.

2. Calling and Screening 50-60 candidates on a daily basis by conducting initial phone
interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications to evaluate candidates' skills, experience,
and cultural fit.

3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams

4. Manage the entire recruitment process, end to end, from posting job openings to hand
holding them till the time they join.

5. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for ensuring minimum selection and joining of
candidates per week.

6. Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

7. Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive candidate information

Requirements :
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and
hiring managers.
2. Past proven experience/ internship in recruitment or a similar role in a fast-paced
environment.
3. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment methods.
4. Ability to assess candidates objectively and identify top talent
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
6. A passion for talent acquisition and a drive to bring in the best talent for the organization.
