consultation & Medicine distribution for 04 slum areas of east and north east district of Delhi

Dear Sir,
We hereby came to know that “ Department of Health Delhi Govt., New Delhi” is willing to provide free
healthcare services to the community living near the Yamuna banks which got affected by the recent
flood in this regard we would like to provide our extended support towards implementation of “
SAMARTH health checkup camp with free doctors consultation , blood testing facility , medicine
distribution to the ill people & referring serious patients to govt hospitals for admission. As per the
monsoon conditions the water borne diseases are likely to rise resulting in spreading of malaria , typhoid ,
dengue , chikangunia and many other serious health hazards. Our society is interested to provide these
services according to your terms and conditions with the project name Samarth Health checkup camps in
04 slums areas of north east & east Delhi regions resulting in better health condition & disease free
community.
Sir, Career Plus Educational Society, is around Twenty five year old NGO, working in the field of
education and providing coaching for IAS/PCS/IFS/IES/GATE/BANK/ SSC/CDS/CPF/CAT/CLAT/RRB/
Med/Engg./PSU,S and other competitive exams with qualitative services and impressive result. We have
sufficient knowledge, expertise, infrastructure, well qualified healthcare workers, doctors, industry tie
up and all necessary equipments for effective implementation of the project.
