2023 and IP Megha Agrawal Appointed as
IRP later on RP on 12.12.2023.
 PROPERTY DETAILS
 The Property is located in a reputed Mall –cum -Commercial
Complex known as 4 D Square Mall on the Gandhinagar -Visat
Highway, Opp. ONGC and Gandhinagar Technological University.

 The Hotel is developed in the part of the building captioned as Tower 3 4

150 pax, an all-day Restaurant and a Board Room of 20 pax and a
