The meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM

III. Reading and Approval of the minutes

The minutes of the previous meeting at Concepcion Elementary School,
Principal’s Office was approved upon the motion of Mrs. Mariphel A. Lomio
seconded by Barangay Captain Reynaldo V. Ramos, PTA President Ma. Juvy R.
Guntalilib.

IV. Reading of the Previous Meeting

Mrs. Grecilda A. Sarabia formally presented to the stakeholders all the
accomplishments reports and projects of the school as well as the financial
statements. Then she asked the body about the roles and responsibilities of School
Governance Council.

V. Meeting Proper
The agenda of the meeting is about the Roles and Responsibilities of PTA. Mrs.
Sarabia tackled and explained each of the roles and responsibilities of PTA
OFFICERS.

VI. Adjournment
The meeting was ended at 11:30 AM
