How much do you already know about the track you are pursuing?
What is a diagnostic test?
These are assessments done at the start of a course to understand how much learners already know about a
topic or course.

How to get started on your diagnostic test

1. You need to confirm your specialization during confirmation week in January.

You will get the opportunity to switch programmes if you wish. This means that you can choose one of the
available Tech Plus courses:
● Software Engineering Plus
● Salesforce Administrator
● AWS Cloud Computing
● Data Analytics

2. Once you confirm your specialization, you will receive an email to get started on your diagnostic test,
which will be specific to the specialization you choose.

Tips to prepare:
● For specialization choice, take time to reflect on the specialization you want to pursue, because you only
get one opportunity to switch.
● For the diagnostic, do some research on the tools and possible roles in that career.
Communication
✓ December:

○ You will receive an invite to a prep session, where we will take you through how to

successfully complete your interview.

○ After that, you will receive a second email to get started on your interview.

✓ January:

○ You will receive an email that will give you the chance to switch specialization.

○ After that, you will get a second email to get started on your diagnostic test.

✓ February:

○ After completion of the foundations course, the interview and diagnostic, you will receive

your decision on advancing to your tech specialization.
