Subject: QUOTATION - SUPPLY/FABRICATION 11,200 GALS ABOVEGROUND LPG BULLET

TANK (250 psi design pressure)

Dear Ms. Dioselle,

We are pleased to submit for your evaluation and consideration our proposal for the
supply of labor, materials, tools, equipment, consumables and supervision in connection with the
fabrication of LPG bullet tank.

A. SCOPE OF WORK
1. Procurement of steel plate materials and delivery to fabrication shop in Tanza,
Cavite.
2. Fabrication of LPG bullet tank up to the first tank nozzles.
3. Radiographic testing (100%) of all butt-weld joints.
4. Hydro testing of tank.
5. Surface preparation to SA 2 ½ before application of approved epoxy paint.
6. Submission of all test certificates.
7. Turnover of works.

B. COST OF PROPOSAL (VAT Inclusive)

C. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Thirty percent (30%) down payment, balance progress billing.

authorized office before the start of the fabrication.
2. Proposal is ex-Mechatrends Tanza Cavite Plant; Delivery is not included.
