Dear Ms. Hema,

Re : Administration Clerk (Internship)

Further to your recent interview with the undersigned, we are pleased to offer you the above post in our
office. The employment shall be effective from 19th December 2023 and the terms are as follows:-

01. Emolument : You will be paid an allowance of RM 700.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Seven
Hundred Only) per month.

02. EPF Contribution : -

03. Office Hours : Normal office hours will be:

Weekdays : 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

2.00 pm to 5.00 pm
Saturdays : When necessary

04. Increment : This shall be considered depending on your conscientiousness and

performance and shall be at our discretion.

05. Annual Leave : Annual leave entitlement will be as follows: 15 days in the first year of
employment and one day more for every subsequent completed year of
service, excluding Saturdays and Sundays and Public Holidays, subject
to a maximum of 21 days.

06. Public Holidays : All gazetted public holidays in the Federation Of West Malaysia, and the
Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

07. Medical Leave : Medical leave as permissible by law, to be supported by medical

certificate.

08. Medical Benefits : -

09. Extraneous : You are not to accept, negotiate or undertake any part-time or
Employment piece work employment from extraneous sources during your term of
employment in this office without permission.

10. Confidentiality Of : All documents, drawings and matters pertaining to work assignments
Works & Projects assignments and projects are to be treated as strictly confidential and
under no circumstances should any information be divulged to person or
persons outside this office. Thus if Management find your work

 unstatisfied within probation period due to behaviour and uncomplete
task, Management shall terminate you by giving 1 week notice.

11. Drawings or : No drawings or documents can be taken away without the expressed
Document permission of the Principal.

12. Notice Of Termination : One month notice on either party except in the case of contravention of
items 11 and 12 above in which case notice of termination will be
immediate.

13. Duties and : Your duties and scope of work will be made known to you when
Scope of Work you report for duty. The Company shall be entitled to make changes
from time to time.

14. Secondment /Transfer : You may be seconded or your employment transferred on the same terms of
employment to any of the related companies within our group of
companies.

15. Other Regulations : You shall observe all office regulations in force for the time being and
any changes made known to you from time to time.

16. Contract 1 year : You shall be placed on probation and shall be confirmed in
service after a period of 3 months subject to successfully completing the
probation period, if management find unstatisfactory with your
performance during probation period we may extend the probation.

17. Mode Of Payment : Salary will be disbursed by means of cheque / online.
