through the precise and conscious application of ESL, an eclectic
and integral series of methods drawing from very diverse sources,
will be applied within contextualized source material allowing for
simultaneous rapid world comprehension though personalization
and essential extraction of the core concepts embedded within
grammatical structures.

Since the emergence of global networking, human interaction has seen an


exponential growth, and with it, interest in acquiring the cognitive ability to
communicate in a secondary language.

Along with this growth, naturally, followed an increase in investment in the


educational sector which can be perceived in the founding and collapsing of
private language institutions (Harmon Hall, Duolingo etc.).

Throughout this process there has not been a clear investment on the part of the
established institutions in updating their pre-global networking source material or
methodology, leading to a slow decline in what started as a flourishing sub sector
with potential for self-sustainability.

Instead of such potentiality manifesting itself, the afore mentioned lack of


investment has caused harm to their integrity as an educational service provider,
and more harm yet to their reliability and desire from clients and students to
invest in the same.

As an ESL teacher, the most pronounced effect is in the clear incompetent level of
cognitive interaction achieved by a student upon leaving or possibly finishing a
course in of these institutions. The quantity of students that do not receive a
return on their investment in the form of any competent level of cognitive
interaction far exceeds the 50% mark. This is easily perceived upon a superficial
polling or investigation with collaborators of any provider of touristic services in
the Yucatan peninsula (Campeche, Yucatan, Roo, 3 states in Mexico).

overhaul of the global ESL Pedagogical method and development.

The touristic market in the Yucatan Peninsula has traditionally been the second biggest
economic contributor to the National GDP. A large part of this generated capitol is

working in the peninsula originate from diverse parts of the country and Latin America as
a whole. It is the Latin American Hub for opportunity and development.

Ergo, the urgency for those providing ESL services to do so adequately and responsibly.
After the redistribution of capitol, the local contributors are left with very little disposable
income, as the wages in the country are still too close to the global poverty standard. In
the case that said contributor wished to achieve a promotion to a better paying
employment they are obligated to acquire minimum ESL abilities and normally, out of
pocket.

This is why the following method and source material will allow for the consumer of the
service to clearly interact and achieve precise and conscious ESL communication. If
nothing more than for the moral and ethical obligation implicit in providing educational
