Office last September 10, 2021 for final listing. On the other hand this school Medina College Ipil Inc.
has started the enrollment period on July 6, 2021.

Base on record our school has already completed and complied the necessary document for
enrollment report forwarded to the higher offices such Regional Office and Division Office.

However we discovered that the following students listed above were also listed and encoded to
the Voucher Management System to other school like Aim High College and Sibugay Technical Institute
Inc.

At this juncture, we would like to request the office concern to exclude and delist those students
in their Voucher portal for the encoding of our school.

Hence this recommendation.

of LANDBANK MASTERCARD PREPAID CARD(LMPC) to the students. And the memo instructed to
all HEIs to go their nearest LANDBANK Branch for an update of the LMPC.
