POSITION TITLE: WELDER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Skilled Welder able to cut and join metals and other materials at our facilities. Will operate
appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of
precision.

A welder must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety
precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail.
Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties. Read blueprints and drawings and
take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures

1. Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements


2. Set up components for welding according to specifications.
3. Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
4. Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
5. Weld components using manual welding equipment in various positions (vertical,
horizontal or overhead)
6. Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
7. Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
8. Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

QUALIFICATION:

 Proven experience as welder


 Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA etc.)
 Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)
 Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
 Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing
(face-shield, gloves etc.)
 Deftness and attention to detail
 Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required
 Professional Certification NCII holder.
 Attends ISO 9000:1994 awareness in refilling operation of industrial & medical gases.
 With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant.
POSITION TITLE: HELPER (WELDER)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting welders to set up and maintain welding equipment and tools

2. Preparing materials and work areas for welding

3. Cleaning and smoothing rough welds

4. Performing quality checks on finished products

5. Performing basic welding tasks under the supervision of an experienced welder.


6. Perform simple, routine, less skilled tasks after being instructed in the proper method
of performing the duty with only occasional supervision

QUALIFICATION:
1. At least high school graduate and willing to learn.
2. Attends ISO 9000:1994 awareness in refilling operation of industrial & medical gases.
3. With at least 2years’ experience in LPG plant is a plus.
POSITION TITLE: SAND BLASTER OPERATOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Abrades surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale,


sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, using abrasive-
blasting equipment: Shovels or pours abrasives, such as sand, grit, or shot of specified
grade into machine hopper.

2. Masks specified areas of object to protect from abrading action.

3. Loads cylinder on racks in enclosed rooms, into tumbling barrels, or into cabinets.

4. Turns valves on equipment to regulate pressure and composition of abrasive mixture


flowing through nozzle or into tumbling barrel.

5. Starts equipment that directs blast or flow of abrasive-laden compressed air, gas, or
liquid over surface of parts.

6. Manually directs nozzle over surface of large parts or inserts arms through glove-
fitted cabinet openings and manipulates small parts under nozzle for specified
interval.

7. May examine finished cylinder to ensure conformance to specifications.

8. May be designated by type of equipment or abrasive used as Cabinet-Abrasive


Sandblaster; Shot blaster.

QUALIFICATION:
1. At least high school graduate and willing to learn.
2. Attends ISO 9000:1994 awareness in refilling operation of industrial & medical gases.
3. With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant.
POSITION TITLE: HELPER (SAND BLASTER)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting to set up and maintain shot blasting equipment and tools

2. Preparing cylinders and work areas for shot blasting

3. Piling the finished cylinders in designated area

4. Performing quality checks on cylinders

5. Performing safety procedures.


6. Perform simple, routine, less skilled tasks after being instructed in the proper method
of performing the duty with only occasional supervision

QUALIFICATION:

1. At least high school graduate and willing to learn.

2. Attends ISO 9000:1994 awareness in refilling operation of industrial & medical


gases.

3. With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant is a plus.


POSITION TITLE: ANNEALING OPERATOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

An operator can operate electric or gas furnace, sets a specific temperature according to
specifications. Metal annealers inspect the metals through the entire process to observe any
flaws.

1. Cleans oxides and scale from parts or fittings, using steam spray or immersing parts in
chemical and water baths.
2. Examines cylinder to ensure metal shade and color conform to specifications, utilizing
knowledge of metal heat-treating.
3. Removes cylinder from furnace after specified time and air dries.
4. Positions cylinder in fixture, presses buttons to light burners and tends flame
hardening machine, according to procedures.
5. Adjusts speed and operates continuous furnace through which cylinder are passed by
means of reels and conveyors.
6. Reads production schedule to determine processing sequence and furnace temperature
requirements for objects to be heat treated.
7. Sets automatic controls, observes gauges, and operates gas furnace used to harden
temper, or anneal cylinders.
8. Loads cylinder into containers, closes furnace door, and inserts cylinder into furnace
when specified temperature is reached.

QUALIFICATION:
1. At least high school graduate and willing to be trained.
2. Attends ISO 9000:1994 awareness in refilling operation of industrial & medical gases.
3. With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant.
POSITION TITLE: HELPER (ANNEALING)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting to set up and maintain furnaces.

2. Preparing cylinders and work areas for annealing

3. Load/Unload cylinder to/from furnace.

4. Piling the finished cylinders in designated area

5. Replace/install LPG tank of the furnace.

6. Performing quality checks on cylinders.

7. Records finished products, LPG usage on production report.

8. Performing safety procedures.


9. Perform simple, routine, less skilled tasks after being instructed in the proper method
of performing the duty with only occasional supervision

QUALIFICATION:
1. At least high school graduate and willing to learn.
2. Attends ISO 9000:1994 awareness in refilling operation of industrial & medical gases.
3. With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant is a plus.
POSITION TITLE: PAINTER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Cleans and prepares surfaces to ensure paint and other finishes will adhere properly.

2. Works with potentially hazardous materials so attention to safety and personal protection are
essential.

3. Prepare spray gun and adjust for specific parameters. Sets pressure based on working
instructions.

4. Mix and spray paint and primer per work instructions

5. Clean panels in preparation for painting and priming.

6. Document the materials used in the process to maintain traceability

7. Management of the collection, disposal, and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes

8. Maintain spray equipment

QUALIFICATION:
1. At least high school graduate and willing to learn.
2. Knowledgeable on spray gun components and operating principles and method.
3. Know how on painting equipment maintenance.
4. Attends ISO 9000:1994 awareness in refilling operation of industrial & medical gase
5. With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant.
POSITION TITLE: HELPER (PAINTING JOBS)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting to set up and maintain painting job equipment and tools


2. Preparing cylinders and work areas for paint jobs
3. Load/Unload cylinders on paint booth.
4. Filling paint on the paint reservoir and monitor air pressure.
5. Piling the finished cylinders in designated area
6. Performing quality checks on cylinders
7. Records finished product, paint & material usage on production report.
8. Performing safety procedures and wearing PPEs at all times of operation.
9. Continually maintains good housekeeping practices for respective areas
10. Respiratory protection is common and required in many applications
11. Act as a Watch when painter perform painting jobs
12. Assists the journey Painter on all work activities
13. Can and often performs journey tasks, contingent on the level of experience and
directions from the journey Painter
14. Assist Painter and Painting Worker in the duties of preparing items and components
for paint or coating materials by methods and techniques such as sanding, wire
brushing, scraping, masking, taping, washing or wiping with solvents or other
methods under close guidance
15. Perform simple, routine, less skilled tasks after being instructed in the proper method
of performing the duty with only occasional supervision
16. Use a variety of common hand tools and power tools such as sanders, paint pumps,
test and measuring devices and operation of various drying ovens and fixtures in the
performance of the simpler duties of the paint trade

QUALIFICATION:

2. Attends ISO 9000:1994 awareness in refilling operation of industrial & medical gases.
3. With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant is a must

POSITION TITLE: HYDRO TESTING OPERATOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conducts Hydrostatic pressure testing of LPG cylinders.


2. Maintains Hydrostatic pressure test equipment.
3. Identifies and segregates defective cylinders.
4. Prepares reports on the results of hydro testing of cylinders
5. Prepares reports on the cylinder that failed the hydro testing.
6. Arranges and cleans hydro test areas during and after daily operation.

QUALIFICATION:

1. At least High School Graduate and willing to learn.


2. With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant.

3. Safety conscious is a must.


POSITION TITLE: HELPER (HYDRO TESTING)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist operator in conducting Hydrostatic pressure testing of LPG cylinders.


2. Helps to maintains Hydrostatic pressure test equipment.
3. Identifies and segregates defective cylinders and pile to designated area.
4. Perform as a watchman to the operator while performing the testing.
5. Monitor the pressure and water level.
6. Arranges and cleans hydro test areas during and after daily operation.

7. Perform simple, routine, less skilled tasks after being instructed in the proper method
of performing the duty with only occasional supervision

QUALIFICATION:

1. At least High School Graduate and willing to learn.

2. With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant is a plus.

3. Safety conscious is a must.


POSITION TITLE: QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conducts inspection and testing of LPG cylinders in cylinders (finished products).


2. Checks and maintains inspection, measuring, and testing equipment.
3. Controls all nonconforming products.

QUALIFICATION:

1. At least high school graduate and willing to learn.


2. Attends ISO 9000:1994 awareness in refilling operation of industrial & medical gases.
3. With at least 2 years’ experience in LPG plant is a plus.
POSITION TITLE: QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to


standards, measuring dimensions, and examining the functionality
2. Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures
and complies with legal requirements
3. Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods
4. Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and
wastes, and inputting data into a quality database
5. Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product
excellence
6. Proposing improvements to the production process
7. Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet
requirements
8. Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training
9. Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration
requirements and calling for repairs

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

1. Good written and verbal communication skills


2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Keen attention to detail
3. Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
4. Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers
5. In-depth understanding of company standards
6. Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices

9. Teamwork and collaboration
10. Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time
11. Graduate with any degree in the related field.

POSITION TITLE: QUALITY MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Obligation to cooperate in the planning and implementation of company-specific


quality policies and targets

2. Communication of quality principles to improve quality awareness in the company

3. Continuous checks and evaluation of the further development of the quality


management system.

4. Coordination, support, and training of management staff and the operative employees
with regard to quality management.

5. Coordination of the development, update, and further development of standard QM


documents: work instructions, process instructions, and other operative documents.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:


1. Graduate with any degree in the related field.

2. Quality control certification is advantageous. (ISO 9001:2015)

3. Excellent attention to detail.
