Features of FX Fiberglass scaffolding System
· Manufactured using a tube with an additional circumferential
winding for increased compressive and flexural strength.
· Two widths – 850 mm single width and 1350 mm double width.
Width and height can be customized.
· High visibility due to vibrant color.
· Impact-resistant claws. Ease of brace identification. Buckle
connection, easy and fast operation.
· Ladders with 320 mm easy climb rung spacing.
· 470 mm frame rung spacing in compliance with Work at Height
Regulations.
· Ribbed round tube with good anti-slip effect.
· The maximum platform safe working load is 200 kg. The overall
maximum load is 750 kg.
· Bottom stabilizers to increase the stability of the platform.
· Equipped with guardrails to improve the safety of working at heights.
· Lock the brake casters.
· Optional toe guards, effectively prevent people from falling from high
altitudes.
· The top layer can be optionally equipped with two platform plates to
increase the working area.
· Optionally reinforced support tubes to improve the stability of
scaffolds above 10 m.

Assembly Principles
The manufacturer recommends that two persons are used to build scaffold. Above 4 m
height, it is essential that at least two persons are used. Only climb the scaffold inside.
Always start building with the base frames at the base of the scaffold, and building the Guardrail Part
guardrail frames at the top of the scaffold.

Assembly Procedure
1. Push castor and adjustable leg assemblies
into base frame, and lock all castors.
Repeat procedure with two base frames.
2. Fit horizontal braces onto the first and
third vertical rung of base frame with
claws facing outwards, both sides the
same, and make sure they are locked.

3. Install one side of diagonal brace on the
first rung of one base frame, and the
other side on the third rung of another
base frame, and lock. Then fit another
diagonal brace, and they will cross like the
letter “X”.
4. Assemble the platform (trapdoor deck) on
the rung of base frame, and confirm it is
locked. The position of platform please
refer to the scaffold model schematic.

5. Set the adjustable legs of stabilizer as
required to ensure the scaffold vertical
and level, lock the spring pin clip in
position.
6. Fit extension frame onto the assembled
frame section and lock the spring pin clip
into place.

7. Install horizontal and diagonal braces, and
ensure that the two diagonal braces on
the same side between the upper and
lower frames are crossed.
8. Set the ladder on the fixed deck of
platform and lock it to the rung of frame.

9. Climb the ladder, and keep body through

Dismantling Procedure
Please reverse the building sequence if take

trapdoor and then return immediately to it.
