External Part’s Routine for Print, Embroidery & Wash.

PRINT
1. Be Suitable for The Fabric /Product/Wash.
2. Follow the Artwork/Design Sketch.
3. Compare with Counter Sample & Approval Copy.
4 Be Correctly Position (According to The Instruction).
5. Be Proper Graded.
6. Have the Correct Hand Fell (According to The Order)

EMBROIDERY

1. Be suitable for the fabric/ product/ treatment.

2. Follow the artwork /Design Sketch.
3. Compare with Counter Sample & Approval Copy.
4. Be correctly positioned, (according to instructions)
5. Be properly graded.
6. Have fusing removed at backside or have a clean edge on fusing, depending on
instructions
7. When machine embroidered, have securely fastened threads with lockstitch and
threads trimmed at backside.
8. When hand embroidered, have securely fastened thread with a knot and at least
1 cm thread left after trimming the inside.
9. Have maximum 3 cm of floating threads on backside.
10. Withstand product’s wear and wash.

Embroidery & Printing Inspection:

We inspect all panels after Embroidery & Printing before issuing to sewing department,
because one defective panel may spoil one garment, it may slow down production, it may fail
our final audit etc.
WASH
1. Moisture Check.
2. Hand Fell Check With C/S / Approval. (According to Instruction.)
3. Shade Check With C/S, LAB DIP, Approval.
4. Shade Must Be Check in Light Box With D-65, TL-83, UV & Fluorescent Light.
