As you aware that as per SEBI guidelines & Head quarters instructions accounts of FCI has to be closed on monthly/Quarterly basis to improve quality of accounts and ensuring closing of Accounts within deadline, It is advised to all DO's in Andhra Pradesh region to check and comply with the below list of points every month in addition to monthly review of Trial Dalance and further to furnish the certicate of compliance within 10th of the next month without fail Updation of Fixed Asssets-Additions or Retirement if any on monthly basis. Feeding of procurement Bills in FAP must be completed within the same month. Procurement Bills to be updated in FAP as per MSA within 10" of subsequent month. Reconciliation of Railway claims, Siding charges & Railway Freight with concerned sections on monthly basis. 6. Reconciliation of Booking of H&T, Transportation, Storage Charges & verification of Supervision charges on concerned expenditure must be done on monthly basis, 6. Reconciliation of all Inter-Office transactions-IOG, IOM, IOR etc. to be completed by 10% of subsequent month. 7, Sundry Debtors towards sale of Food Grains must be updated by Sth of next month. 8. SLS must be tallied with MSA within 10" of subsequent month. 9. PV Loss/gain should be updated as per MSA (in respective month only) 10. IOTDS along with Form 16A must be followed up with the party for timely onward submission of IOG to HOrs. 11. Half Yearly Tally -IV (KMS Wise) & Tally- V to be submitted. 12. Incidental costs of procurement should be according with Cost Sheet. 13, Previous Years observations by HQrs/Z0/RO/IA&PV/C&AG should not be repeated. 14. Compliance with instructions given by HQrs/ZO/RO/IA&PV/CA&G. Bone Further it has been decided that a V.C. with Manager (Accounts) will be conducted on 11" or 12! of every month to review all the above points with all Dos.
