Respected sir,
I am employed with your company as senior marketing executive
as a per the terms and conditions started in the employment contact
that I had signed at the time of accepting the position. I cannot leave
the workplace before working time.
I request you please allow me to leave the office at 4.00 pm.
Considering medical situation I am waiting to compensate for the time
by staying late for the remaining week so that my work doesn’t get
effected.
I want to inform you first that there is a medical emergency to my
brother, and he has been admitted in the hospital for the appendix.
Today which is scheduled at 5.00pm and I need to be there gone to
complete all the medical formalities. I want to go there at least one
hour before the operation. Please response me early.
