1 Inform area authority and other authorities before starting the task.
2 Obtain valid PTW
3 Carry out TBT before starting the activities and explain all the hazards of working for the staff who carries out the
task.
4 Check that all person that will carry out this work understand all the hazard of this work and wearing proper PPE.

5 Visual inspection of work area, equipment, tools and make sure that all in good condition and inspected.
6 Installation of barriers around the work area & warning signs & fire extinguisher in work site.
7 Inspection of the condition and certificate of Equipment and lifting equipment accessories and engage only the
competent personnel to do the task.
8 Site ground level Inspection.
9 Confirming the weather condition Anemometer
10 Attaching the lifting gears or accessories to the designated lifting points or lugs Hand tools
11 Attaching the rigger robs to the drain tank in order to have load orientation and stability and avoid load swinging Hand tools
while lifting.
12 Lifting the drain tank for almost half meter to ensure the stability of load over Mobile Crane
13 Load stability must be maintained as rotating to its location. Operator & Banksman
14 Settlement of the drain tank to the final destination Operator & Banksman
15 Dimentling the lifting accessories from the drain tank by riggers upon load location & orientation confirmation Hand tools
16 Tightening the bolts or nuts to the tank basement Hand Tools
17 In case of any emergency or call, evacuation plan shall be followed up to the assembly point

19 Close the PTW after finished the job.
