MIN 1/24/07/2023: Preliminaries
The meeting opened with prayer by Patricia Mulei at 9:00 .A.M.
MIN 2/24/07/2023: Disbursement of Home Grown School Meals Funds from
NACONEK (The National Council for Nomadic Education in Kenya.)
The school has received KSH.164 ,000/= (One hundred and sixty four thousand) from
NAKONEK for the school feeding programme.
MIN 3/24/07/2023: Opening tenders from different suppliers.
The following suppliers had expressed their interest to supply Kakuku Primary School with
Food Items.
1. Kwa Ndeti Stores Ekalakala.
2. Evergrain Stores Matuu.
3. Jaribu Provision Stores Matuu.
MIN 4/24/07/2023: Evaluating and awarding of tender to supply food items year 2023.
The committee Evaluated all the suppliers’ documents and did an evaluation. Kwa Ndeti
Stores Ekalakala had provided all the prerequisite documents and also had the fairest prices.
Therefore, the HGSFP committee nominated and awarded Kwa Ndeti Stores Ekalakala the
tender to supply food items to Isyukoni Primary School for the year 2023. Attached are the
tender documents for all suppliers.

MIN 5/24/07/2023: Budgeting

The committee members budgeted the food items as follows;
School enrolment 412 pupils
HGSFP funds 164,000/=
1. Beans 4 bags (90 kgs) x 13,500/= 54,000.00
2. Oil 25.5 litres @300/= 7,650.00
3. Maize 13 bags (90 kgs) @ 7,500/= 97,500.00
4. Salt 40kg x 40 1,600.00
5. Rice 25kgs @130/= 3,250
TOTAL 164,000.00

The meeting opened with prayer by Joseph Muithya at 2:00P.M. the Chairperson opened the
meeting with a few remarks
MIN 2/25/07/2023: Disbursement of Home Grown School Meals Funds from
NACONEK (The National Council for Nomadic Education in Kenya.)
The BOM was informed that the school has received KSH 164,000/= (One hundred and sixty
four thousand) from NACONEK for the school feeding programme.
MIN 3/25/07/2023: Adopting/accepting the supplier chosen by the HGSFP committee
The HGSFP committee presented their discussion to the B.O.M members. They gave reasons
why they chose Kwa Ndeti Stores as the supplier. The B.O.M accepted and confirmed the
supplier to be Kwa Ndeti Stores.

The committee presented the HGSFP to the B.O.M it was accepted and adopted
