DAY:1 Arrival in Paris- The city of Lights and Glamour
Welcome to Paris!!!
Today we board our flight and arrive at one of the most
beautiful cities
Paris. This fashionable and elegant city is known for its
haute couture, renowned museums, breathtaking beautiful
monuments, and sensational cabarets.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your friendly Travel
Professional outside the baggage hall. Next, we proceed
straight to our hotel, where you check in and relax.
Later tonight enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.

EXCLUSIONS
• Currently, the TCS is applicable as per government policy, hence if there are any changes in the TCS
Policy then same TCS is applicable as per government policy at that time.

Airfare and Transfer for Joining Direct
• Any increase in the airfare charged by the airline on your air ticket
• No porterage included
• Arrival and Departure PCR – COVID test if required by the airline or Government bodies
• Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service e.g. Coach Driver, Local Guides, etc. It is
mandatory to tip a nominal amount of EUR 3 per person/per day. For the entire duration of this tour
which is 7 Days, the total Tips amount is Eur 21 per person to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of
the tour.
• Cost of Meals other than those specified in inclusions
• Hotel City tax / Resort Fee / Tourism Fee if any which client need to pay directly to hotel
• Entrances to monuments unless otherwise mentioned

• To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group and Airport snack hamper for

• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
• Scattered arrival and departure transfer & Sightseeing
• Early check-in and late checkout are on request basis only and subject to room availability [Standard
International Check – in time is 1500 hrs and Check out time is 1100 hrs. (**Subject to change as per
Hotel’s policy)]
• Cost of foreign exchange for personal expenses
• Expenses of personal nature, mini bar in the room, laundry, telephone bills, tips, gratuities etc.
• Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events and Trade fairs
• Cost of any other services not specifically mentioned in inclusions
• Any increase in the cost that may come into force prior to the departure date including change in price
owing to fluctuation in the rate of exchange

**** In case of Visa rejection, Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt. Ltd. is not
responsible under any circumstances. In addition, per person INR 29,999 will be
charged from client if the visa is refused 30 days prior to departure. If the visa is
refused within 30 days of the departure, normal cancellation policy will be
applicable.****
Note: As from 2 November 2015, person requesting a Schengen visa will have to
appear in person in order to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital
photography).

We understand the following by your confirmation to Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd for the
above Holiday that
You authorize Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd to apply for a visa on your behalf to the
Embassy and that the visa is issued based on your credibility and profile and not the profile of
Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd.
You are supposed to submit complete documents to Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd within
3 days of the confirmation of your holiday and in case of failure of the same, Vayudoot World
Travels India Pvt.Ltd would apply normal cancellation policy in case of rejection of your visa.
In case of rejection of the visa due to any clerical error, Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd
will not be responsible for the same.
In case of rejection of the visa, Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd will not be responsible
under any circumstances or on any grounds for the rejection of the visa.
We encourage every applicant to apply for visa directly to the concerned High Commission.
In case of delay in processing of applicant or approval or rejection of the visa by the embassy or if
the passenger has not received the documents from the embassy before the day of departure,
Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd will not be responsible for the same and no amendments to
your tour will be done. We will try to make alternate arrangements for you for which you will
have to pay extra.
We understand that you have read and accepted the below terms and conditions carefully before
confirming your holiday with Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt. Ltd.
• All passengers should have travel insurance that covers any necessary arrangements and expenses related
to COVID-19.
• Due to Coronavirus, the availability of all attractions and restaurants is subject to change, depending on the
official restrictions in place. All elements of the itinerary have been included on the basis that they will be
open. Unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed at this time.
• Vayudoot World Travels (I) Pvt Ltd is not responsible for passengers' failure to comply with local legislations
related to COVID-19 in regards to arrival or departure in the destination (for example: negative COVID tests
requested either on departure or arrival).
• Prices are based on the current conditions, however, should new laws or regulations be introduced due to
Covid-19 in destination then supplementary charges will apply and/or appropriate measures will be taken to
comply. This may include limiting the number of passengers within vehicles to 50% maximum capacity,
therefore inhibiting the pricing to 25 pax per group.
• Breakfast in the itinerary is provided by the hotel. i.e; Cereal, Milk, Coffee, Tea, Fruits etc.
• Currency fluctuations of more than 3% or changes in local government taxes may result in price changes.
• Prices are not applicable on fair dates. We reserve the right to apply supplements or confirm hotels outside
the affected city or in alternative cities should the tour include cities affected by a trade fair.
• Unless otherwise specified, parking, permits and tolls are included. These are quoted at rates applicable at
the time of our offer. These rates may be increased by local councils at any time without notice. As this is
out of European journey’s control, we reserve the right to add a surcharge for any additional costs if
necessary.
• The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 45 full paying clients traveling together. The services of
Tour Manager will be provided with a group of minimum 45 full paying clients. In the event that the group
size is less than 45 clients you will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
• All Rates are Valid for Indian Passport Holders.
• All Previous quotes (if any) NULL & VOID.
• It is deemed our detailed terms and conditions applicable have been read, understood and agreed upon.
• Due to any Natural Calamities / unavoidable circumstances / Political or Social unrest, if client postpone or
cancel the journey in case of any liability from Airline or Hotel client will be charged for the same. Any
waiver request or reduction in cancellation amount request will be at airline or hotel discretion.
• We reserve the right to decline or accept any person at any time for the tours offered or promoted by us.
• All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of
suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested; this may involve any
increase in price and hotels.
• Should any of the following change a new quote will have to be provided: date of travel, number of pax,
accommodation type, duration of stay and vehicle size.
• In Europe, Departure and Return Point is from particular Point and not from Hotel. Taxes are subject to
change at the time of Issuance.
• On certain days, due to some unavoidable conditions we may sometimes amend/ reverse the itinerary.
However, all the services/ inclusions will remain the same.
• Timings and schedules will be subject to change without notice.
• Tours and transfers depart strictly as per time mentioned on final itinerary. Please advice your clients
accordingly as no delays will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be late the tour or
transfer will depart without client, no refunds will be provided and alternative arrangements will be an extra
cost.
• All transfers quoted are ‘direct’ transfers – any stops or deviations en route will attract a supplement cost
• Mid night surcharge is applicable as per flight details
• Issuance of visa is solely under the discretion of the Consulates / Embassies. Our role is to assist you in
submission of visa and guide you with the formalities. We do not hold any responsibility in case of any
rejection of visas. Cancellation policy will be still applicable even if the visas get rejected
• We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of
baggage, curtailment and default at the time of booking.
• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger's own
&Vayudoot World Travels (I) Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide
assistance to the best of our abilities.
• Vayudoot World Travels (I) Pvt Ltd is not liable or responsible for any change in schedule of airline and
hotels, overbooking or defaults, weather conditions, local strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All such
losses will have to borne by the passengers.
• In case of any last minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin
partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the passengers mandatory.
• SIC transfers are available from morning 08:00 hrs till evening 20:00 hrs. Transfers before or after the stated
timings would be on Pvt. Basis and at an additional cost.
• No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
• All tours will be operated in accordance with Government of India rules and regulations subject to approval
of Reserve Bank of India.
• While we may make recommendations for hotels all around the world, we do not stand guarantee and are
not responsible for the services or the hardware provided by the hotel/s suggested by us.
