DAY:1 Arrival in Paris- The city of Lights and Glamour
 Welcome to Paris!!!
 Today we board our flight and arrive at one of the most
beautiful cities
 Paris. This fashionable and elegant city is known for its
haute couture, renowned museums, breathtaking beautiful
monuments, and sensational cabarets.
 Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your friendly Travel
Professional outside the baggage hall. Next, we proceed
straight to our hotel, where you check in and relax.
 Later tonight enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant.

DAY:2 PARIS: city tour

 Breakfast at the hotel
 We start the day to experience the panoramic city of
Paris with an English speaking tour guide.
 This tour will take you the most of the major great
and symbolic tourist locations in the city, visiting
Place de la Concorde, Champs-élysées, Arc de
Triomphe, Notre Dame, Alexander Bridge, Invalides,
Concord Square, and several others.
 Later we take you on the boat ride down the River
Seine Cruise & enjoy unique views of the top
attractions of Paris. Immerse yourself in romance,
cruising under iconic bridges to see the architectural
wonders and discover the daily life of this beautiful city from the water.
 Then we proceed towards the Eiffel Tower- 2 nd Level, to observe the magic of Paris with stunning
views of the city from the Top.
 Later proceed to enjoy a hot Indian dinner at the Local Indian Restaurant. Meals- Breakfast & Dinner

DAY:3 PARIS: (Disneyland Optional)

 After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, the day is free for
leisure. Spend the day according to your desires, enjoy
some leisure time with your loved ones or you can join
an optional tour.

land of Disney, just as you remember from classic
Disney stories where fairytales do come true.
Adventure and fun to the power of five, Main Street,

DAY:4 Arrival in Switzerland

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• The scenic ride to Zurich for the Zurich city orientation tour.
• Just sit back in a comfortable coach as your knowledgeable
tour manager points out all the top sights, telling you all
about this beautiful city.
• In the evening, Dinner is served at an Indian restaurant.

DAY:5 VISIT MT. TITLIS AT 3,020 METRES+ LUCERNE

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Today enjoy amazing scenery, sit back and enjoy a scenic coach ride over the Albis Pass and along the
shores of Lake Lucerne (one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland.). Upon arrival, a short Lucerne
orientation tour will introduce you to Lucerne's main
highlights including the Lion Monument, Chapel Bridge and
many more.
• Later proceed to Mt Titlis, a once-in-a-lifetime experience
with an exhilarating trip to the top of Mt Titlis at 3,020
meters on a cable car including Rotair, (the world’s first
revolving cable car).
• Get a breathtaking unrestricted 360 degrees stunning view of
the dazzling snow-capped peak, deep crevasses and pristine
white snowfields, dotted with massive ice boulders from
every Angle. Do not forget to visit the “Cliff Walk” the highest
suspension bridge in Europe along the cliff of Mt.Titlis.

mandatory to tip a nominal amount of EUR 3 per person/per day. For the entire duration of this tour
which is 7 Days, the total Tips amount is Eur 21 per person to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of
the tour.

charged from client if the visa is refused 30 days prior to departure. If the visa is
refused within 30 days of the departure, normal cancellation policy will be

ALL ABOUT VISA

VISA REQUIRMENT
• Visa application (completed and signed by the holder of the passport submitted) do not use black pen in
the visa forms.
• National passport valid at least 6 months beyond the date of return, with available pages for visa sticker
and of “standard” quality (not damaged, torn, faded, etc.)
• Copy of the valid visas (if any)
• Your previous passport if available
• Clear photocopy of the first and last page of the passport
• 4 new passport sized photographs. Stapled or pinned photographs would not be accepted.
• A covering letter on a business letterhead from your employer / company stating your position and the
length of your service and no objection certificate for the planned trip to Schengen Countries,
mentioning the dates and the purpose of the trip.
• If an applicant is submitting the applications of his / her family, then all applications must have a copy of
the covering letter.
• Evidence of sufficient financial means and proof of accommodation in Schengen Countries (e.g. hotel
confirmation, bookings of the entire stay, receipt of paid package tour). (Hotel booking voucher to be
provided by Vayudoot Travels)
• A copy of the confirmed return ticket to India or Confirmation of reservation (To be provided By
Vayudoot Travels).
• Visas for UK and USA to be obtained first in case the applicant visits any of these countries before
applying for Schengen Visa.
• Personal & Company’s Income tax Returns for last 3 years
• Latest 6 months personal & Company‘s bank Statement. All the pages in the Bank Statement should be
stamped and signed by Bank manager.
• If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or High Commission in the last 2 Years. Refusal notice or
a written explanation about reasons for trip and refusal is to be submitted.
• Overseas Medical Insurance policy (provided by Vayudoot Travels
Note: As from 2 November 2015, person requesting a Schengen visa will have to
appear in person in order to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital
photography).

Understanding of visa without objection
We understand the following by your confirmation to Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd for the
above Holiday that
 You authorize Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd to apply for a visa on your behalf to the
Embassy and that the visa is issued based on your credibility and profile and not the profile of
Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd.
 You are supposed to submit complete documents to Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd within
3 days of the confirmation of your holiday and in case of failure of the same, Vayudoot World
Travels India Pvt.Ltd would apply normal cancellation policy in case of rejection of your visa.
 In case of rejection of the visa due to any clerical error, Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd
will not be responsible for the same.
 In case of rejection of the visa, Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd will not be responsible
under any circumstances or on any grounds for the rejection of the visa.
 We encourage every applicant to apply for visa directly to the concerned High Commission.
 In case of delay in processing of applicant or approval or rejection of the visa by the embassy or if
the passenger has not received the documents from the embassy before the day of departure,
Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt.Ltd will not be responsible for the same and no amendments to
your tour will be done. We will try to make alternate arrangements for you for which you will
have to pay extra.
 We understand that you have read and accepted the below terms and conditions carefully before
confirming your holiday with Vayudoot World Travels India Pvt. Ltd.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made yet.
• The cost is based on a group size of 45 paying adults.
• Orientation tour means driving around the city with possible stopovers.
• Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events and Trade fairs.
• On the way to Versailles in Paris there may or may not be a drop to Disneyland.
• Issuance of visa is solely under the discretion of the Consulates / Embassies. Our role is to assist you in
submission of visa and guide you with the formalities. We do not hold any responsibility in case of any
rejection of visas. Cancellation policy will be still applicable even if the visas get rejected.
• If the Covid Test (PCR) is Positive then as per Government Quarantine stay might extend as per rules.
• Please check all inclusions as any additions will occur in extra charges.
• The tour will be operated with a minimum of 30 passengers as otherwise the departure will be cancelled
and full amount will be refunded to the passenger after deducting the visa, insurance and other
administrative charges.
• All/Any expenses passengers might incurred due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight
cancellation/delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier
policies, etc. It is suggested that clients take out travel insurance. Vayudoot World Travels (I) Pvt Ltd merely
acts a service broker and does not accept any liability.
• Any requests such as (Interconnecting Room, Adjacent Rooms, Rooms on the same floor, 1 king size / 1
double bed/ twin bed, floor map, early check in, non/ smoking room, etc.) is subject to availability on first
come first serve basis up on your guest arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel
to assign. However we will request this for you as priority.
• Most hotels Check In time is between 1400-1500hrs & Check Out time is between 1000-1100hrs and varies
from hotel to hotel. If necessary, we will request an early check in or late checkout but this is subject to
availability. For guaranteed early check – in, please pre-book your stay for the previous night and for
guaranteed late check – out, please pre-book your stay for the next night.
• The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. According to occupancies hotels are subject to
change. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested.
The difference in cost is payable extra.
• Booking Deposit is non-refundable.
• All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without prior
notice due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. Rate Fluctuations, Fuel Increases, Government
Regulations, Government Levies, Duties, etc. All Bank Charges to your account. Rate of Exchange will be
given at the time of making payments, subject to change without any prior notice.
• Rates/itineraries/payment terms as per present RBI regulations and are subject to change without any prior
notice.
• Please don't store money and valuables in your checked in baggage. The same should be kept in hand
luggage

• All passengers should have travel insurance that covers any necessary arrangements and expenses related
to COVID-19.
• Due to Coronavirus, the availability of all attractions and restaurants is subject to change, depending on the
official restrictions in place. All elements of the itinerary have been included on the basis that they will be
open. Unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed at this time.
• Vayudoot World Travels (I) Pvt Ltd is not responsible for passengers' failure to comply with local legislations
related to COVID-19 in regards to arrival or departure in the destination (for example: negative COVID tests
requested either on departure or arrival).
• Prices are based on the current conditions, however, should new laws or regulations be introduced due to
Covid-19 in destination then supplementary charges will apply and/or appropriate measures will be taken to
comply. This may include limiting the number of passengers within vehicles to 50% maximum capacity,
therefore inhibiting the pricing to 25 pax per group.
• Breakfast in the itinerary is provided by the hotel. i.e; Cereal, Milk, Coffee, Tea, Fruits etc.
• Currency fluctuations of more than 3% or changes in local government taxes may result in price changes.
• Prices are not applicable on fair dates. We reserve the right to apply supplements or confirm hotels outside
the affected city or in alternative cities should the tour include cities affected by a trade fair.
• Unless otherwise specified, parking, permits and tolls are included. These are quoted at rates applicable at
the time of our offer. These rates may be increased by local councils at any time without notice. As this is
out of European journey’s control, we reserve the right to add a surcharge for any additional costs if
necessary.
• The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 45 full paying clients traveling together. The services of
Tour Manager will be provided with a group of minimum 45 full paying clients. In the event that the group
size is less than 45 clients you will be given an option of travelling on another departure date.
• All Rates are Valid for Indian Passport Holders.
• All Previous quotes (if any) NULL & VOID.
• It is deemed our detailed terms and conditions applicable have been read, understood and agreed upon.
• Due to any Natural Calamities / unavoidable circumstances / Political or Social unrest, if client postpone or
cancel the journey in case of any liability from Airline or Hotel client will be charged for the same. Any
waiver request or reduction in cancellation amount request will be at airline or hotel discretion.
• We reserve the right to decline or accept any person at any time for the tours offered or promoted by us.
• All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of
suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested; this may involve any
increase in price and hotels.
• Should any of the following change a new quote will have to be provided: date of travel, number of pax,
accommodation type, duration of stay and vehicle size.
• In Europe, Departure and Return Point is from particular Point and not from Hotel. Taxes are subject to
change at the time of Issuance.
• On certain days, due to some unavoidable conditions we may sometimes amend/ reverse the itinerary.
However, all the services/ inclusions will remain the same.
• Timings and schedules will be subject to change without notice.

• Tours and transfers depart strictly as per time mentioned on final itinerary. Please advice your clients
accordingly as no delays will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be late the tour or
transfer will depart without client, no refunds will be provided and alternative arrangements will be an extra
cost.
• All transfers quoted are ‘direct’ transfers – any stops or deviations en route will attract a supplement cost
• Mid night surcharge is applicable as per flight details
• Issuance of visa is solely under the discretion of the Consulates / Embassies. Our role is to assist you in
submission of visa and guide you with the formalities. We do not hold any responsibility in case of any
rejection of visas. Cancellation policy will be still applicable even if the visas get rejected
• We strongly advise passengers to take out insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of
baggage, curtailment and default at the time of booking.
• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger's own
&Vayudoot World Travels (I) Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide
assistance to the best of our abilities.
• Vayudoot World Travels (I) Pvt Ltd is not liable or responsible for any change in schedule of airline and
hotels, overbooking or defaults, weather conditions, local strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All such
losses will have to borne by the passengers.
• In case of any last minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin
partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the passengers mandatory.
• SIC transfers are available from morning 08:00 hrs till evening 20:00 hrs. Transfers before or after the stated
timings would be on Pvt. Basis and at an additional cost.
• No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
• All tours will be operated in accordance with Government of India rules and regulations subject to approval
of Reserve Bank of India.
• While we may make recommendations for hotels all around the world, we do not stand guarantee and are
not responsible for the services or the hardware provided by the hotel/s suggested by us.
