Recipe 1- *Peanut modak*

Ingredients:

- 1 cup Roasted Peanuts

- 1/2 cup Sugar

- 1/4 cup Water

- 2-3 tbsp Milk Powder

- 1/4 tsp Elaichi Powder

- 1 tbsp Pista for decoration

- 1 tsp Ghee (optional)

- Few drops of Yellow Food Colour (optional)

Instructions:
1 ⃣ Grind the roasted peanuts into a fine powder.
2 ⃣ In a pan, mix sugar and water. Heat until it forms a syrupy consistency.
3 ⃣ Add peanut powder, elaichi powder, and ghee (if using) to the syrup. Mix well.
4 ⃣ Add milk powder, Combine until the mixture thickens.
5 ⃣ Allow it to cool slightly, then shape it into modaks using molds or by hand.
6 ⃣ Decorate with chopped pista and a few drops of yellow food.

modaks are the perfect treat for your festive celebrations. Here's what you'll need:

🌰 1 cup seedless dates


🥜3-4 tbsp cashews
🌰 3-4 tbsp almonds
🥜3-4 tbsp pistachios
🌰 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
🌱 3-4 tbsp poppy seeds
🧈1 tsp ghee
Follow these simple steps:

1 ⃣ Remove seeds from dates and blend them into a smooth paste.
2 ⃣ Roast chopped cashews, almonds, and pistachios and poppy seeds in ghee.
3 ⃣ Mix elaichi powder, and date paste. Roll into small modak shapes.
4 ⃣ Coat them with roasted poppy seeds and chopped dry fruits for that perfect crunch!
5 ⃣ A touch of ghee will make them even more delicious!

Welcome back to our Modak Series! Today, we're bringing you the delightful Rose Coconut
Modak - a perfect fusion of traditional flavors with a hint of rose. 🥥🌹
Ingredients:

- Dry shredded coconut: 1 cup

- Milk powder or mawa: 1/2 cup

- Milk: 1/2 cup

- Sugar: 1/4 cup

- Elaichi powder: 1/4 tsp

- Rose syrup: 2 tsp

- Rose essence: A few drops

- Pink food coloring: A few drops

- Dessicated coconut: 2 tsp (for decoration)

- ghee : 2 tsp

👩 🍳 Instructions:
1. In a pan, mix the dry shredded coconut with little ghee and Roast them on low flame until it
turns aromatic.

2. Add milk and sugar and milk powder. Stir continuously and then add coconut.

3. Add elaichi powder, rose syrup, rose essence, and pink food coloring. Mix well. Let it cool.

4. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a modak using your hands or modak
molds. If it sticks, grease your hands with ghee.
5. Roll each modak in desiccated coconut for a beautiful finish.

6. Your Rose Coconut Modak is ready to be offered to Lord Ganesha or enjoyed with family and
friends!

- 1/2 cup of Milk

- 1.5 cups of Milk Powder

- 1 tsp of Cocoa Powder

you like)

- 1/4 tsp of Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder

*Recipe 5:- Rava Nariyal Stuffed Modak* 🥥✨


Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with this easy and delicious Modak recipe that you can
whip up using simple ingredients from your kitchen. Here's how you can make it:

**Ingredients:**

1. 3 tsp Ghee

2. 1/2 cup Rava/Suji/Semolina

3. 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut

4. 1/2 to 1 cup Milk

5. 1/4 tsp Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder

6. Silver Vark/Dry Fruits for decoration

**For the Stuffing:**

- Mix Ghee, dry fruits, and Gulkand (you can customize this part to your liking).

**Instructions:**

1. Heat 3 tsp of Ghee in a pan.

2. Add 1/2 cup of Rava (Semolina) and roast little till aromatic..we don't want to change colour.

3. Add 1/2 cup of Desiccated Coconut and continue roasting for a few more minutes until it
combines well with the Rava.

4. Slowly add 1/2 to 1 cup of Milk while continuously stirring the mixture.

5. Add 1/4 tsp of Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder for that lovely aroma.

6. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan. Your sweet filling is
ready!

7. Add yellow colour if you want.

8. Allow it to cool.

Now, let's shape these delightful Modaks:


1. Take a small portion of the Rava-Nariyal mixture and flatten it in your palm.

2. Add a spoonful of your personalized stuffing (Ghee, dry fruits, Gulkand) in the center.

3. Carefully shape it into a Modak. You can use a Modak mold if you have one.

4. Optionally, decorate with Silver Vark or more dry fruits for that extra flair.

- 75g Powdered Sugar

- 18g Dessicated Coconut

- 18g Cashew Powder

- 1/2 tsp ghee

Method:

1. Grind paneer in the mixer grinder.

2. Add powdered sugar.

3. Take a little ghee in a pan and add this mixture

4. then add dessicated coconut, cashew powder, chopped almonds, and elaichi powder.

3. Mix well and shape into modaks.

4. Your delectable Paneer Modaks are ready! 🥰


*Recipe 9:- Peanut-Jaggery Modak* 🥜🍯
Ingredients:

- 1/2 tsp ghee

- 1 cup Roasted Peanuts

- 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds

- 1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut

- 1/2 cup Jaggery (or sugar/condensed milk)

- 2 tbsp Raisins

- 1/4 tsp Elaichi Powder

Method:

1. Grind the roasted peanuts into a coarse powder.

2. Heat ghee and add jaggery until it melts, then mix in peanuts, chopped almonds, dessicated
coconut, raisins, and elaichi powder.
3. Cook until the mixture thickens. add milk if required for binding

4. Shape into modaks and enjoy the sweet, nutty goodness! 🤤
