    RENEWAL OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

    Dear Mr.Srikanth,

    Greetings from Prakriti Environment Society!

    We are happy to inform you that your employment contract with our organization as the
    Volunteer exclusively for the CHILDLINE project for Jagtial district, has extended for the period
    from 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023 based on your exemplary work in the previous term of contract.

    You are expected to avail yourself at any time during the term of your appointment for the
    successful implementation of CHILDLINE project in Jagtial district. You will be paid Rs. 6000/-
    (Sixthousand rupees only) per month as the salary. Your transportation charges to the field
    work for CHILDLINE project will be met by the organization on submission of the proper bills.

    As per the leave policy of the organization you can avail 12 casual leaves per fiscal year
    i.e. from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023.

    As per the HR policy of the organization. Diocese of Prakriti Environment Society reserves the
    Right to suspend or terminate this appointment at any time if you fail to comply with the
    conditions of the job descriptions.

    Job Description:

     Follow-up on medical treatment of children


     Attend to the CHILDLINE phones in the absence of staff
     Provide support in all CHILDLINE related activities
