PUBLIC AFFAIRS INTERN

PROJECTS: Alive launching and external brand conference

 Project’s objectives: Join Public Affair’s internal launching application tool, facilitate
campaign, implement engagement activities. Besides, you will have a chance to work with
external partners during company’s press conferences
 Scope: Nationwide
 Project’s timeline: 6 months - June 2019 to December 2019 (negotiation during interview)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1, Summary:

You will be the one to project the “face” of the company and will be instrumental in enhancing its
popularity and trustworthiness. Support PA team to build a strong communications network
around the company to ensure good relationship with the general public and rising awareness of
the company and its brand

 Reporting directly to: Public Affairs Manager


 High frequency of interaction: Marketing, Internal Communication, External partners
 Working location: Melinh point tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city

2, Core job responsibilities:

- Internal Project:

 Implement and execute a comprehensive engagement activity with internal employee and
events strategy aligned to the PA agenda.
 Support to production of campaign toolkit - brochures, POSM, social, adverts, posters.
 Prepare a posting daily content for continual growth, using images while preparing internal
communication packages.
 Report on and summarize post events.

- External events:

 Utilize all available tools and channels to promote events and programs, partner with
external partners, societies to successfully deploy marketing materials and event
invitations.
 Develop and executive varied and integrated communications products including website,
print publications, newsletters, online communications, media and public
relations.Support to create and launch new media and marketing.
 Serve as editor for production and maintenance of the company's internal and external
communication vehicles, including the main website, marketing materials,
publications, newsletters, invitations, advertisements, and annual reports.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


Core Skill Requirement
 English fluency, especially excellence in communication & content building
 Proficient skills in MS Office, excellence in power point
 Good experiences in building campaigns, communication contents
 Learning agility
 Problem solving

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
 Final year or bachelor students in PR, Marketing, Communication, Commerce,
