Subject: Formal Request for Approval to Retrieve Personal Belongings from Building 8066

We trust this message finds you well. As the previous contractor of Aviation Hub Asia, we are
writing to formally request your approval to allow us to retrieve our personal belongings, comprising
of construction tools and equipment and other construction materials, stored at the designated area
for contractors at Building 8066 at Subic International Airport, Argonaut Highway, Subic Bay
Freeport Zone.

Following the successful partial completion of the construction project at the aforementioned
building, we encountered challenges in facilitating the timely retrieval of our construction tools and
equipment and other construction materials. Consequently, we seek your authorization to expedite
the process and secure these items at the earliest opportunity.

Your prompt approval would greatly assist us in reclaiming these properties efficiently.
