1. Relative to the attached Memorandum DM-CT-2023-301, dated September

20, 2023, from the Office of the Undersecretary for Curriculum and Teaching, Gina
O. Gonong, the following personnel are invited for the Request for Learning
Resource Evaluators for the Draft Contextualized Teaching and Learning
Resource Package (TLRP) on Comprehensive Sexuality Education-Adolescent
Reproductive Health for ALS:

2. This aims to enhance the quality of the initial draft TLRP.

3. Please note that the draft TLRP is intended solely for evaluation purposes
and should not be distributed or utilized for any other reason. To ensure the
integrity and confidentiality of the TLRP, all LREs are requested to accomplish the
confidentiality agreement form which may be seen in the abovementioned
Memorandum (Attachment No.2).

4. Select Learning Resource Evaluators (LREs) should accomplish the online

registration through this link: https://tinyurl.com/LREsRegistration.

5. Further, the select LREs are also requested to attend the online orientation
on October 9, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon via the Zoom meeting platform
available through this link: https://tinyurl.com/LREorient.

6. Concerned LREs are advised that the link to access the draft TLRP assigned
to them will be directly sent to their DepEd email address. In the evaluation
process, the LREs must follow the guidelines outlined in Attachment No. 3. The
LREs will evaluate the draft TLRP on October 14 (Saturday), 2023. They will also
accomplish the evaluation tools (Attachments No. 4 and 5) and Confidentiality
Agreement Form and upload them on the same link on or before October 16, 2023.

7. One Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) will be granted to all LREs in lieu of the
evaluation day that will fall on a Saturday in accordance with Civil Service
Commission (CSC) and the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint
Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Service
Rendered.

and guidance.
