Extinguishing media

Suitable: Carbon dioxide (CO2), dry chemicals, foam.

Not to be used: Do not use water jets (stick jets) for extinguishing fire since they could help to spread
the flames.

Protective equipment for firefighters: Avoid proximity or contact with flames or sparks.

After spillage / leakage

on soil: absorb product with an adequate material such as paper, rags, sawdust.

on water: use floating absorbent material to be removed mechanically.

Storage: Polymerization or oxidation of the unsaturated bonds may occur. Avoid overheating the
product.
