Introduction
We are happy to share the Training Report for the month of January 2201. The report details the
various training and people development activities that were carried out across the plants/units and
the Corporate in the previous month. Also covered in the report are details of what we intend to be
doing in the rest of the months, in the current financial year. In case you have any questions or

(Rest of the Year Plan)
Apart from the planned activities for February and March, we are also initiating the following as a
part of the people development process. While these were tentatively planned, at the start of the
year, the management has given the go-ahead for the same

1. Annual Sales Outbound: Initially thought off as program to be done in the organization
premise, the next year Annual Sales plan meet is being scheduled at Aruku. As a part of this 2 day
activity were planning to have Mr.Srinivasan, the renowned motivational speaker to break ice on
the first day and set the tone for the entire plan process.

2. BSC Deployment: Unlike in the past where the deployment of goals was done the various
internal teams, this year we have taken the services of Mr.Pandya who will facilitate the setting up
of the enterprise score card and also the functional scorecards.

The dates for the above, along with the other details will be communicated to you all, shortly.
