    RULES FOR SHANTINIKETAN TRIP

    IMPORTANT :

    Reporting to school on Saturday 14th October sharp by 7.15a.m.

    small container to bring back soil samples/ rock/stones , old newspapers,


    small sketchbook / diary / pen / colour pencils / sketch pens

    Carry a small sling bag with the essentials as discussed by Mrs Mukherjee

    1. While going out – Uniform

    Day 1 – PE T- Shirt

    Day 2 – House T- Shirt

    At dinner / lunch / breakfast room – do not come in night clothes / shorts

    Within the hotel premises be appropriately dressed. You are representing


    your school

    2. School ID Card to be worn at all times

    3. Use mobile phones responsibly and as instructed by your teachers

    4. No posting pictures on social media during the trip.

    5. No ornaments. You wear it – lose it – your responsibility.

    6. Students should have their teachers’ mobile numbers.

    7. All students should provide their mobile numbers to the teacher in charge.

    8. Reporting time must be strictly followed.

    9. Students should carry basic first aid, sanitary towels, disposable bags,
    wet wipes, any prescribed medicine required (CT to be informed by parent
    through mail), odomos / any insect repellent / Pee Safe

    10. To carry jacket , umbrella, cap, water bottle, towel sanitizer and mask.
    11. No expensive gadgets to be carried (including camera).

    12. School will not be responsible for loss or confiscation of any valuable
    belongings

    13. No student is to leave her room after the given deadline.

    14. All students should move around in groups allotted to them.

    15. Appropriate clothes for school trip should be carried. Comfortable shoes.

    16. Carry trash bags and make sure you do not litter ANYWHERE.

    17. Travel light. Carry a rucksack / backpack.

    18. In case of difficulty / problem faced / feeling unwell, report directly to the
    teacher in charge. In case of unavailability, report to any teacher
    accompanying you.

    19. You are expected to be disciplined and uphold your school values even as
    you are enjoying yourself on the trip.

    20. You may carry money. However, it is your responsibility to look after your
    belongings.

    21. Please carry a diary and pen with you. Feedback / reflection has to be
    written at the end of the day.

    22. Always move in pairs - washroom , hotel, public places and stop
    overs. Inform teacher before moving to washrooms in public places.
