Supplements given:
Guidelines for Weekly detoxification

As you lose fat, the toxins trapped in the fat tissue will be released into the blood. These have to
be periodically eliminated with weekly detoxification. Every week, one or two days of detox diet
should be followed according to your weight loss and comfort.

If you have high and fluctuating blood sugar levels, or have low BP or low blood sugar
history or you are aged below 17 above 55 years, or have multiple medical conditions
then discuss with your dietician for further modification.

Important Points to be followed for Weekly detoxification


● Have 6 to 7 glasses of the following liquid (you can choose any): Vegetable juice/
TruGreen/ Coconut water/ Lemon water/ Buttermilk/ Wow drink/ Amla drink/ Shake a day
/ Teatox
● For lunch and dinner include vegetable salads – 2 big bowls, add lots of greens
● Include Fruits – 2 servings per day
● Have a relaxed sleep of 7 to 8 hours
● Incorporate either 4 egg whites or a big bowl of sprouts.
● For non vegetarians include grilled or boiled chicken or fish, salads made out of chicken
or fish and non veg broths .
● In case, if you are taking non veg for dinner, take early dinner.
● At bedtime include 2 triphala tabs
● If your BMI is > 35 or you feel hungry, have a cup of milk with a pinch of cinnamon or
cardamom powder (Optional) after dinner
● Ideally follow this detox diet after a gap of 2 days of cheat meal.
