MATHEMATICS In the school year 2009-2010 the result of NAT in MATHEMATICS was 90.97%. In the school year 2010-2011 it reached the height of 97.42% Diamond increased by 6.45 points. In connection, the following interventions will be given to maintain the proficiency level of the pupils for the next school year. The following interventions are suggested: 1. Provide varied exercises in different skills in Mathematics. 2. Focus more on the development of the not mastered skills through varied test and exercises. 3. Use the cooperative learning activities to develop their critical and creative thinking. 4. Group the pupils according to their ability to help them uphold their self-esteem and confidence. 5. Choose the appropriate materials to sustain their needs. 6. Encourage the pupils to read and analyze word problems. 7. Help pupils develop the study habits by giving them more materials to analyze and solve. 8. Hold Saturday class for review.

ENGLISH It can be gleaned from the table that the result of National Achievement in ENGLISH was not easy as the table recorded of an average of 87.44% as of 2009-2010 but declined by 2.68 points in the school year in 2010-2011 with an average of 84.76%. In this teachers are motivated to and encouraged to do remediation. The following interventions are suggested: 1. Provide more stories suited to their grade level and exercises to test the comprehension level of the pupils. 2. Close monitoring/ evaluation of English lesson. 3. Promote wholesome working relationship with pupils and teachers to attain high level of performance. 4. English teachers continuously prepared their teaching aids and devices. 5. Cooperative learning strategies should develop to achieve successful teaching learning process 6. Make every child a total reader at the end of the school year. 7. Hold Saturday class for review.

SCIENCES AND HEALTH As clearly gleaned in the table the result of NAT in Science and Health during the school year 2009-2010 was not easy as the table recorded of an average 82.56%. It was declined by 9.17 points in the school year in 2010-2011 with an average of 73.39%. In this teachers are motivated to and encouraged to do remediation. 1. Acquisition of materials needed in the lesson especially when conducting an experiment. 2. Use different strategies in teaching science and make a self learning kit. 3. Provide more games during the activity to arouse the interest of the pupils. 4. Have a remedial class in Science. 5. Develop a good study habit among pupils. 6. Focus more on the slow learners and unmastered skills. 7. In service training and seminars of Science teacher. 8. Use manipulative materials. 9. Hold Saturday class for review.

HEKASI In the school year 2009-2010 the result of NAT in HEKASI was 95.80%. In the school year 2010-2011 it was not easy as the table recorded of an average 94.52%. It was declined by 1.28 points. In this connection, the following interventions will be given to encouraged teachers to do remediation. 1. Group activities allowing them to discuss in group the topic being assigned to them. 2. Role playing to portray the identity of a person involved in the specific event. 3. Using pictures of prominent persons, events and historical places in which the pupils can figure-out what is being discussed. 4 Individual reporting of sub- topics to exercise ones ability in searching, discussing and talking at the front of the class. 5. Drawing/ sketching to show how far they understand the lesson being discussed. 5. Focus more on the development of the not mastered skills through varied test and exercises. 6. Adopt suitable strategies to the learners. 7. Hold Saturday class for review. 8.

FILIPINO 90. 85% was the data recorded in 2009-2010 NAT in Filipino. In the school year 2010-2011 it reached the height of 94.84 22k Gold due to the intervention given to the pupils. The average was gained by 3.99 points. The following interventions are suggested to maintain the proficiency level of the pupils for the next year. 1. Develop a good study habit among pupils. 2. Prepare additional instructional materials for each lesson. 3. Provide more stories suited to their grade level and exercises to the comprehension level of the pupils. 4. Cooperative learning strategies should develop to achieve successful teaching learning process 5. Make every child a total reader at the end of the school year. 6.
