Why haven't we chosen our department

heads yet?
As we understand the significance of having a strong management team, it is crucial
to recognize that leadership sets the momentum in any organization. Therefore, we
aim to implement a proper recruitment and training process. We will finalize our
management board (Department Heads) based on the performance, skills, and
values of selected individuals rather than randomly selecting heads from a small
pool of people who are friends or acquaintances from college, relying solely on past
personal interactions. We can commence the official recruitment process, which will
take approximately 4-5 weeks, after receiving branch approval from 180DC and
initiating the legal establishment of the branch on our college premises.

We’d like to request the senior leadership of 180DC to consider the allocation of
Management Board positions as due diligence.

What stage are we on?

We have successfully completed the first four stages of Legal Establishment at our
college, including the submission of the Branch Foundation proposal, which has
already been sanctioned by our college dean. Upon receiving approval from 180
Degrees Consulting, we will proceed with our legal formalities and documentation.

Why we chose to proceed with

university affiliation?
University affiliation offers numerous benefits in terms of infrastructure, grants, and
mentorship. Therefore, initially proceeding with this type of establishment is
advantageous. Moreover, the process of registering the branch as an NGO is quite
lengthy and demanding. Thus, perhaps a couple of years later, after establishing
ourselves in the market, we can consider proceeding with that option as well.

Mentorship: Advisory board members can serve as mentors to branch

members. They can provide their guidance, advice, and development
support to help members achieve their goals.
Conflict Resolution: In cases where conflicts or challenges arise within the
branch leadership, advisory board members can mediate and provide a
neutral perspective to help resolve issues constructively.
Strategic Guidance: Advisory board members can provide strategic

before the campus competitors.
Clear Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the benefits of joining 180DC, such as skill
development, social impact, and networking opportunities.

raise awareness of 180DC's services.
Outreach and Marketing: Actively promote the branch's services through various channels,
including social media, university events, and community outreach.
