To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in
the last five years i.e. 2018-19 to 2022-23 achieved in at least two financial
years a minimum average financial turnover (in all classes of civil works only)
of Rs 83.94 Lakhs (Should upload Audit Report, Profit and Loss account given
by Auditor )

2. Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such

similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of
tender)

3. Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one work such as CC

Road Construction works of value not less than Rs 27.93 Lakhs and Building
Construction works of value not less than Rs 14.04 Lakhs any details required
Regarding Similar nature of work Contact Technical branch of MDP Division or
Sub Diviison and final decision in respect of this matter is with department

4. Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical

License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed
similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical
works) n any one year

5. Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for
executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have
executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical
works) n any one year

6. EXECUTED IN ANY ONE YEAR CONTINUOSLY FOR 12 MONTHS THE

FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUANTITIES OF WORK. 1 EARTHWORK

7. Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 34.00

last five years (year-wise)
9. List of existing commitments and ongoing works

10. List of works for which tenders already submitted

11. Banker Details for reference

12. Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be

deployed on this contract, if awarded

13. Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss
statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

14. Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel
in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be
deployed on this contract, if awarded
