Terms and Conditions:

 Premium of Fresh policies commencing and booked during 1st April 2022 to
30th June 2022 only will be considered.
 Retail Health Policies with <5L SI , will be given 50% premium weightage only
while arriving at above qualifying slabs.
 Only Retail fresh Health premium of all sum insured and PA with 25 lakhs and above
SI will be considered.
 GMC/GPA/OMP/Corona policies will not be considered.
 For fresh premium target slab of 5Lacs and above on every additional fresh premium
of Rs. 2 lakh will be eligible for reward amount of Rs. 10,000 subject to a maximum
of 1 lac reward including base reward of Rs. 60,000.
 All Long Term Policies & Star Premier will attract 110% of credit on the entire
premium
 Booster amount for April & May 2022 will be payable subject to positive growth
over LY April and May 2021 month individually provided the agent completes at
least equal to LY 1st quarter fresh premium . Booster reward amount will not be
applicable to agents who were not in the rolls last year during April & May 2021.
Booster Amount will be paid at the end of the scheme.
 1st slab is applicable only to Rural Locations and branches in locations other than in
the cities of Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and
Kolkata. 1st Slab of 75,000 to 99,999 will be applicable to agents only if there is
positive growth over 1st quarter LY. This is applicable for 1st slab only.
 Special efforts policies with 5 lakh and above sum insured only will be considered.
 Payment of rewards/incentives are strictly subject to deduction of applicable tax at
source.
 The Management reserves the right to modify / Alter any of the provisions of the
scheme.
