This mobility is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme
of the European Union. This SEMINAR aims to reunite

WHAT?
youth workers, volunteers and staff of youth
organisations of various experiences in order to share
good practices, learn new approaches in facilitating
learning programmes in nonformal settings and foster
peer learning.

Get familiarised with the European Training Strategy and

the Competence model of a trainer;

WHY?
Obtain increased qualitative learning results for your
groups when facilitating;
Increase capacity to deliver quality non-formal
workshops;
Share yours and learn from the experiences of other
youth workers from organisations across Europe.

21 youth workers, volunteers, and staff of NGOs active in

the youth field over 18 years old;

FOR interested in non-formal education;

some degree of experience in delivering non-formal

WHOM?
workshops;
eager to share with others their practices and methods;
working language is English, a B2 level is required;
resident in one of the Erasmus+ programme countries.
 The SEMINAR will take place in Izvoare, a small
town which lies in the heart of Transylvania. The
beautiful Transylvanian mountains surround it and
provide a breathtaking view of nature.

LOCATION The accommodation is one hour walk from the

Zetea dam and lake. It represents the perfect place
to connect with nature and enjoy the beautiful
surroundings of the place.
 For the accommodation, we will face the
“Pension Irgo” facility. It is a place
surrounded by nature and beautiful
landscapes.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served

at the same location every day, plus the

coffee breaks. Please bring your own
towels, as the accommodation won’t
provide those.

We will provide you with three meals/day and

two coffee breaks. The meals will take into
account all the participant's dietary aspects,
such as allergies, intolerance, and
preferences if you have any special
requirements regarding food (allergies,

intolerances, vegetarian, vegan, etc.), you are

obliged to inform us in writing through the

application form prior to the beginning of the

mobility. Otherwise, we might not be able to
accommodate your requirements. If you do
not eat pork, we will provide you with a
vegetarian menu.
 Transportation will be ensured by green means
of transport, and all costs connected to it will be

TRANSPORT fully reimbursed. More details will be discussed

during the first preparation meeting.
!!! We encourage you to use GREEN means of
travel to reduce the footprint of our project.

All the participants are required to have valid

travel insurance for the whole period of the

TRAVEL project, including the travel days.

INSURANCE
The insurance must cover:
Third-party liability,
Lost or stolen baggage,
Accident and serious illness.

Departure
 Most of the costs, like training, materials,
accommodation, food, and your most economic travel,
are all covered by the Erasmus+ programme of the EU.

COSTS Rest, such as insurance, single room accommodation,

travel upgrades such as priority, checked-in luggage, 1st
class tickets, etc. are to be funded by you. EU does co-
fund, not fully fund this event; therefore you must
contribute.
