Dear

 Sir/Madam,

I  am  writing  to  complain  about  Migration  Amendment  (Visa  Capping)  Bill  2010.
I  have  been  in  Australia  since  2002,  at  the  age  of  17.  With  all  of  my  passion,  energy,
optimism  and  hard  working  during  these  years,  I  have  completed  my  Bachelor  of
Commerce  study  in  UNSW  in  2007,  then  my  Master  degree  in  2008.  Now  I  have
married,  my  husband  and  I  bought  a  brand  new  apartment  with  our  best  wishes  of
settling  down  in  this  “beautiful”  country.  I  am  now  employed  by  one  of  Australian
most  prosperous  and  reputable  universities  as  an  Assistant  Accountant,  paying  more
than  $10k  of  tax  per  annual;  I  have  spent  almost  10  years  here  in  Sydney  with  all  my
friends,  and  waiting  patiently  for  my  PR  application  to  finally  go  through.

We  have  lodged  our  PR  application  at  the  end  of  2008,  fulfilled  all  the  requirements,
and  with  the  hope  of  getting  PR  in  the  near  future.  But  now,  the  new  policy  will  kick
us  out  of  the  country,  this  is  just  unfair,  compare  to  people  who  get  married  with  a
Australian  citizen  and  those  who  have  family  members  to  sponsor,  it  is  just  too  cruel
not  to  give  us,  who  has  dedicated  ourselves  and  worked  so  hard  toward  our  goals
and  have  already  submitted  the  PR  application.  Not  even  mentioning  how  much
money  we  have  spent  on  our  education  and  living  expense.

We  love  this  country  as  all  the  Aussie  people  do;  we  contribute  our  part  like  every
other  Australian.  Please  give  us  the  right  that  we  deserve  and  consider  people  like  us
before  you  pass  this  change  to  the  immigration  laws.

Thanks  very  much!
