The information that follows is super important to ensuring you get off to a great start in your new role as blended
customer service teammate for our hybrid supermarket campaign.

First Day/Schedule Information:

Your training start day with TaskUs will be on October 17th, 2022 at 08:00 hrs.

During this time, we will be signing contracts, submitting Mandatory Documents (listed below), setting up your
payroll with HSBC, enrolling you in benefits, and setting up your IT equipment . When you arrive, please let
security know that you are a new hire so they can check you in.

Our dress code is business casual.

● First Day of Orientation: October 17th, 2022

● Orientation Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 hrs During Orientation
● Training Dates: Monday - Friday
● Training Times: 08:00 AM - 17:00 hrs
● Operations Start Date: November 5th, 2022
● Operations Days Off: Tuesday - Wednesday
● Operations Times: 11:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs (11:00 hrs - 21:00 on Saturday)

Failure to provide the below documentation WILL result in a delayed start with TaskUs, and may cancel your offer
of employment.

Please provide the following documents to our talent acquisition team within the next 24 hrs.

The document images need to be readable, and the following formats are recommended for use when
downloading your documents: JPG, JPEG, PDF.

● Government Issued Photo ID (INE or IFE, expired are unacceptable)

● Birth Certificate
● IMSS document number (Expedite by Institution)
● CURP (Expedite by Institution)
● RFC (with Constancia from SAT)
● Utility Bill (no more than 3 months old. Energy or Lane Line company)
● School certificate (optional)
● INFONAVIT retention card (if applies)
● FONACOT credit/client number (if applies)
