The following Station Masters in Level-6 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix in Operating department of HYB division who were found
‘Suitable’ for promotion to the post of Station Superintendent in Level-7 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix and placed on select list
vide Memorandum cited, are now promoted as Station Superintendent (SS) in Level-7 of 7th CPC pay Matrix and posted
as mentioned below with immediate effect.

The above promotion orders are subject to following terms and conditions: 1. They are eligible for promotion from the
date of shouldering higher responsibilities in promoted grade.2. They are eligible to opt for fixation of pay in promoted
grade within one month from the date of shouldering higher responsibilities in terms of PCPO/SC No.138/81 &
107/2017.3. The Supervisor concerned should ensure the following before promotion is effected by the employee. a.
They are not under suspension. b. They are free from DAR/SPE/VIG cases and is not undergoing any minor/major
punishment.4. The above promotion orders are provisional and subject to the disposal of cases, if any, in Supreme
Court/High Court/CAT etc. as the case may be in respect of writ petitions/appeals/applications respectively pending
before them.5. The above promotion shall be provisional and shall be subject to the outcome of the main SLPs and
contempt petition (C) No. 314/2016 in SLP(C)No. 4831/2012 – Samta Andolan Samiti through President Vs Sanjay
Kothari & Others and any other cases pending in any other courts on the above subject.6. The above promotion is
'PROVISIONAL' subject to final outcome in SLP(C) No.60321 of 211 (PCPO/SC's instructions vide
Lr.No.SCR/PHQ/602/RP/Policy, dated:16.06.2021 6.The above promotion is provisional and subject to revision based on
the final outcome of the above court cases and any other cases/direction issued from time to time.7. The above
employees who are under orders of transferred are eligible for transfer benefits.
