As you are aware, the debt originates from a Consumer loan facility of MK700,000 granted on 2 April 2020 for full settlement by 2 April 2023. Deposits into your account have been erratic and insufficient to meet due loan amounts leading to arrears and default status. The debt is currently standing at MK 1,174,078. In the circumstances the Bank now demands immediate clearance of the debt plus interest thereon. In view of the default and in accordance with our offer letter dated 7 September 2018, please take note that interest will be charged at the rate of 5% above applicable rate currently at 24.9 %, making effective rate of 29.9% per annum for the time being. The rate is subject to change at the Bank's discretion.
