The aforementioned bar chart is illustrating the telephone calls in billion minutes in
the UK, which are categorised into three varying sets of call types such as local fixed
calls, National and international fixed lines, and mobile calls from 1995 to 2002.
It can be seen that in 1995, mobile phones are used at the lowest minutes billions.
However, in the same period, local calls are the highest including national and
international calls. Furthermore, from 1995 to 2002, a consistent upsurge in mobile calls
can be noted reaching the highest level in 2002. Nonetheless, the local calls are showing
inconsistent variations, where the calls are declining slightly after 1999. Comparatively,
the national and international calls are depicting a continuous rise throughout the period.
Henceforth, local calls remaining the highest in the figure are moving towards
deterioration after obtaining a surge of 90 minutes billion.
Concisely, local calls significantly across the period are reaching their peak.
Contrarily, the other two groups are showing a steady increase over time even though, the
least minutes are of mobile calls in 1995.

2. Map/Diagram

The diagram shows the manufacturing of instant noodles. Likely, the method is shown
in a series of steps.
In the initial stage, the flour is kept in storage silos, which are used for storage
purposes. Subsequently, a truck is used to take the flour to the second level, where a mixer
makes the mixture by using water and oil. Moving forward, the blend is then passed on a
dough sheet with the help of rollers that further push it to the dough strips in stage four.
Afterward, the dough is moved to the fifth part where it is converted into noodles discs.
Moreover, these prepared discs are then transferred to the sixth step where the product goes
through cooking in oil and drying process. Additionally, some different vegetables and spices
are added to the noodles and packed in cups in the seventh phase. Lastly, the cups go through
the packaging route and are ready to deliver once fully done with the labelling and sealing
process.

increasing and later, the line is stagnant until 2019. Correspondingly, the refrigerator
percentage is considerably increasing throughout the years, but between 2000 and 2019, it is
steady. On the other hand, electrical appliances like a washing machine is showing
tremendous inconsistency across the period. For instance, from 1920 to 1960, it increased
from 40% to 70% and sharply declined to 60% in 1980, nevertheless, it surged again slowly
afterward. Comparatively, the housework hours for household is significantly higher in 1920,
which is decreasing continuously with a steep drop in 1960.
To sum up, a vacuum cleaner is effectively on the rise compared to a refrigerator, yet
the washing machine in a household is variating over the years. The housework hours are also
falling from 1920 to 2019.

4. Pie Chart

The aforementioned pie charts are depicting some of the motives people are using
while going to work either through cycling or by car.
Starting with the preference of cycling for work, the maximum ratio of people prefer
cycling for the sake of their health and fitness. However, only 12% stated cycling as faster
than driving, which is contradictory in terms of driving. Consequently, 30% of the population
voted for cycling due to ecological concerns, as it is less polluting compared to cars.
Nevertheless, driving to work gives comfort to travellers, whereas, an individual who opts to
cycle to work is not encountering parking issues. Furthermore, 13% of cycling defendants
highlights that it does not incur travelling costs to reach office. While, respondents favouring
cars stated reasons like comfort, travel distance, and their need to take their belongings to the
workplace.
Conclusively, the majority of the populace select driving to work counts 40%, and
they are not willing to compromise their comfort zone. Correspondingly, for public going to
work through the cycle are concerned about their health and environment.
