ABOUT ME
To provide best of my knowledge, qualities, skills and sincerity to a professional environment where I would have
a chance to learn more about the professional aspects in the field of IT Help-desk Support use my talents by
putting them into good use for the benefit of the organization.
WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Responsible to Create Tickets if any issue raised by Airline/GHA related to CUPPS/BRS services and assign
ticket to IT support specialist to resolve issue, after resolving issue update into OTRS ticket system and
close these tickets.
2. Make airlines containers sheet in BRS and Reconcile and email the baggage sheet to concerned
departments/personal.
3. Submit Monthly OTRS, NMS, ESET, Leave Application, Asset movements, Core Room Activity Reports and
Duty Roster to Station Manager.
4. NMS Reports verification of other stations on Daily basis if any issue report then sent these highlighted
issues with IT team.
5. Create Reports on Email Server and submit these reports to concern Team
6. Performing any other ad-hoc task assigned by station manager, Shift In-charge related to CUPPS and BRS.
7. Participate in Training's provided by Technical Team.
