Daphne Alpha Thermo 22A

High Performance Heat Transfer Oil

Description

Daphne Alpha Thermo 22A is a synthetic heat transfer oil with excellent oxidation stability and
minimum sludge formation recommended for the open type heat transfer units.

Application

Recommended for long term maintenance free, high temperature heat regulation in the injection
molding machine for the precision engineering plastic and as heat transfer medium in open-type
heat transfer systems. Operating temperature range (bath temperature) 0 ~ 220 °C.

Characteristics

1. Excellent oxidation stability and minimum sludge formation enable long oil change period.
This in turn lowers down time and labour costs as unnecessary cleaning of die and oil piping
are omitted. (However, under extreme oxidation conditions, cleaning of die and piping is still
needed)

2. High boiling point and flash point reduce danger of evaporation and ignition explosion.

3. Low viscosity and pour point enable superiority in heat transfer and cold temperature starting
characteristic.

4. Extremely low in odor and because of its high boiling point, there is no environmental
pollution by fumes from the oil.

Packing

20L pail, 200L drum
