Thank you for showing interest in setting up DODO (Dealer Owned Dealer Operated) LNG station.
Basis our discussion, we request you to send us Expression of interest (EOI) form which is enclosed
for your ready reference. Kindly fill the same and submit to us along with supporting documents which
are listed as below:

1) Pan Card
2) Aadhar Card
3) Last Educational certificates
4) CA Net worth Certificate
5) Income Proof (ITR)
6) Bank statement
7) Land Documents (As per EOI form)

1. Chanda-Maratha Cement plant, Chandrapur, Maharashtra

Stretch Area 1 : Road Going towards Nagpur/Wardha (NH930) connecting other cement plants.
Stretch Area 2 : Road Going towards Aurangabad, Hyderabad on NH353B connecting 3-4 cement plants.
Between Sonurli & Vansadi Village

2. Talabira Mines area, Odisha

Stretch Area connecting to Talabira mines and nearest other Vedanta/other mines
Stretch Area connecting to Chandikhole to Pardeep port
Stretch Area connecting to Chandikhol to Dhamra port

Basis details for Land requirements are as below:

A. Area - 2500- 3000 sqm on main highway having minimum frontage of 40 mts.
B. Having access from main road
C. Land parcel is required on lease basis.
D. Should be NA Commercial/Multipurpose.
E. Should not be any High-tension electric lines passing over the plot and no underground
pipe/cable inside plot area.
F. Location should be at more than 1 KM distance from other fuel RO on same side.
G. Location should be at more than 1 KM distance from Toll Plaza.
H. Location should not be nearest to any Road Over Bridge or Railway line.
I. No School/Temple/public gathering crowded place within 500 mts radius.

DODO Policy :

Land (2500-3000 sqm) will be leased with for 20 years.

1. Lease Rental – 25000 per month

2. Civil work for entire station to be done by Dealer.
3. LNG Equipment supplied & installed by company.
4. LNG equipment Operations & Maintenance - company.
 5. Forecourt operations along with Manpower cost- Dealer
6. LNG Margin Rs. 3 per kg Electricity Bill for LNG equipment part – company. For forecourt area –
Dealer. LNG fuel supplied by company. .

Investment required is Rs.3.5Cr to 4Cr from Dealer side & company will take care of Machinery
Equipment’s marketing etc.
