Please read and understand the given instructions carefully before submitting your request to the
Trusts office.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Application (handwritten / typewritten any) and all the requested documents must be
submitted to the Trusts office as an attachment.
2. Application and all the requested documents must be submitted in one single email.
3. More than one email for an application will not be allowed, and will be treated as void.
4. One application cannot be submitted through multiple email IDs.
5. If you wish to apply for two children, then you must send two separate emails and two separate
sets of documentation.
6. Please do not submit documents through a drive or link. Such requests will be treated as invalid
and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
7. Requested documents must be ‘named’ correctly and carefully.
Files to be named as: Application, MarksheetSem1, MarksheetSem2, Income Proof-Father,
Income Proof-Mother, Fee Receipts, Identity Proof etc.
8. Submit only the requested documents in a PDF format.
9. Students whose fees are covered under any government schemes or covered by any other
institute / organisations / Trusts are not eligible to apply.
10. Unclear/ illegible/ manipulated documents will not be accepted, and such applications will be
treated as void.

PLEASE NOTE: Tata Trusts does not have any intermediaries/ agents. Candidates are advised to
beware of such individuals who claim to represent the Trusts and demand a share from the grant,
if sanctioned. In case any such demands are made, candidates are requested to bring the matter
immediately to the notice of the Tata Trusts’ office at the earlier mentioned email address.

LIST OF MANDATORY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION

1. Mark sheet for the academic year 2022-2023 (if a single year contains two semesters, submit both
semesters' mark sheet)
2. Family income proof:
➢ Complete set of Income Tax Return for the assessment year 2023-24
➢ Complete set of Form 16 for the assessment year 2023-24
➢ Employer letter with complete details - the letter should contain name, contact details, stamp
and signature of the authorised person, employer’s complete address, employees' designation
and year of service.
➢ Latest Pay Slip
3. Fee receipts for the academic year 2023-24
4. Identity proof of the student – PAN / Aadhar card
