Step 2: Assess: What do you need now?


Assess your needs and pinpoint self-care gaps. Check your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Are
there areas needing more attention? Be honest and address imbalances or neglect.

Step 3: Create a list of self-care activities you do now


List your regular self-care activities, such as exercising, reading, or any other
joyous and relaxing activities. Recognize and appreciate your current self-care efforts.

Step 4: What self-care activities would you benefit from adding?


Explore self-care activities that align with your values and address areas for improvement. Try new exercises,
learn new skills, or engage in activities that promote self-care and well-being.

Step 5: Refine your focus. Don't try to add everything at once


Start small, choose essential activities for your list, and avoid overwhelming yourself. Begin with a few
manageable self-care practices you can realistically incorporate into your routine.
