messaging, and videoconferencing. Enhanced decision making, Businesses can now use data
analysis and business intelligence tools to make more informed decisions based on real-time
data. Improved collaboration, IT has made it easier for teams to work together, share documents,
and collaborate on projects, regardless of location. Increased competitiveness: By using IT to
improve operations, businesses can gain a competitive advantage over their rivals.Increased
mobility, With the proliferation of mobile devices and cloud computing, businesses can now
access information and applications from anywhere at any time. Overall, the impact of IT on
businesses has been transformative, helping to increase productivity, improve communication
and collaboration, and increase competitiveness.
