    Hospital emergency

    Dear sir,

    I Pradeep Kumar,Manager(MM) EIS no 90296930 , I


    hereby inform your good self that my younger son
    P.Gourav ( one year old) was suffering from fever from
    the past 03 days, however the fever did not subside
    even after three days.However on 25th June 2023
    (Sunday) his fever rose to 103.9 and was not reducing
    further and also baby started shivering and started
    having episodes of vomiting .

    In view of above, on 25 June 2023 evening about 5 o


    clock , i took my son to Vikash HOSPITAL Bargarh
    considering emergency and now the doctors have
    admitted him in the hospital. This is for your kind
    information please.
